Is MCP or API access charged, and how do agents connect?: MCP and personal API access are included on every plan, free, with no extra charge. An agent works with the access and permissions of the person who started it. The agent’s own identity is included on every request, so your history and audit trail always show which agent did what.
Want an agent with its own account?: Add it as a person on your team. It’s billed like anyone else.
What happens when a sixth person joins?: The rounded bill goes up, and every admin gets a notification. You have until the end of the billing period to change your headcount before that bill takes effect.
When am I charged?: Your bill is set by your headcount at the end of the billing period, rounded up to the next five, and you see it before it happens. There are no partial-period charges.
Do I need a card to start?: No. Sign up and use the free plan with no card and no trial. You enter a card only when you set up payment, inside the product.
What model powers search?: Paid search runs on Gemini Embedding 2, which indexes images as well as text.
Can I move from Paid back to Free?: Yes. Bring your org down to Free’s limits, one person and three teamspaces, and it moves to Free.
Can I leave?: Yes. Leaving a free org deletes it. Leaving a paid org cancels the subscription and deletes the org.
